  1. Hello,

My name is Ryan Rivera and I have been reading your website for a while now. I really liked this article – https://annadannfelt.com/2011/03/31/massage-reducing-anxiety-and-improving-alertness/ – It’s true that massage alleviates symptoms of anxiety and helps patients relax.

I have about 5 years of experience helping people with anxiety and related issues and I was wondering if I could write you a new, high quality article based on my expertise that would be useful for your readers? It would be around 700 or so words.

I will also share your story with my 900+ subscribers once published.

Please let me know if you would be interested.

    Kind regards,
    Ryan Rivera

    • Hello Ryan, the post you mention is actually a study, the names of the researchers are at the bottom. Of course you can post it, I think it deserves attention. I would like to see the article you are talking about before I make a decision, is that ok for you? My email is: dannfelt@pt.lu. I looked at your site and like the work you do, anxiety is something more and more people are struggling with and it’s high time to release it from the taboos. (i.e: being “crazy”) Also it is good for people to realize that it is perfectly natural and can be dealt with in many ways. Thanks for connecting and hope to hear from you soon. Anna

  2. Cathy Salazar

I live in Santa Fe New Mexico. I would like to know where I can purchase the dry skin hand cream 20% shea butter beurre karite. Thank you.

    • Dear Cathy, I don’t know what cream you are talking about, but you can check it out on the internet. A piece of advice; buy pure shea butter, it will do more in the long run and probably cost less. Any cream is at least 50% water. Castor oil (ricinus officinalis) is also great for chapped skin, though a bit gooey. You can melt together shea butter and castor oil to create a fantastic hand-balm. Use it at night. If you want a nice scent; add some essential oils. Good luck, Anna
