I still haven’t gotten my computer back, but here is a small meditation for you: Sit or lie quietly and comfortably, make sure you are warm. Close your eyes and breath deeply…within yourself repeat these words:
I Am
I am Safe
I am Secure
I am Peace
I am Love
I am one with the Earth and the Universe
I Am
Give this a few minutes morning and evening for a few days and you will feel a big difference within. I do it before getting out of bed in the morning and before falling asleep in the evening. And every now and then when I feel worried or insecure…and sometimes just for the peace and happiness it brings me.
